By booking services or purchasing products from Styles by Meek, you agree to the following terms:
I understand that hair services, hair extensions, and hair products may involve the use of chemicals,
adhesives, heat tools, and/or hair care products that could potentially cause allergic reactions or skin
sensitivity.
I confirm that I have disclosed any known allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect
my ability to safely receive services or use products from Styles by Meek.
I understand that it is my responsibility to notify the stylist before any service or product use if I have
concerns or known allergies.
I release Styles by Meek and its owner from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may occur as
a result of allergic reactions, skin irritation, or adverse effects from services or products used during or
after my appointment or purchase.
I acknowledge that all services are performed at my own risk.
